Thanks for posting this. It will be very useful information especially as the day get closer. Question is when is this ETP required? If I read this correctly it's for after the PEB finally and receipt of NARSUM, the NLT date to leave the military is not enough time for the service member to take their terminal leave and PTDY.

Once you get your retirement orders. From that point this form is filled out for the Army. Not sure how other branches do it.
