What?! That’s crazy. He should’ve been more thorough. It is insane how a simple check in a box can take the rating from 20% to 40% when those with fibro know almost nothing seems to help and there is no “cure”. At least I haven’t found it yet!

My IDES lawyer said it depends on what they checked on the “refractory to treatment” box during your QTC appt. They checked it off on mine so I’m expected to get 40% for fibro. Not sure how true it is, just thought I’d share!

I would say it’s strong. I’m Getting MEB for the same thing and what the PEB really wants to know is: can you do your job? Can you do a PT test? Can you deploy? So it seems like they hit everything. Good luck.

If the VA/Wounded Warrior/Tricare can’t help you. I would start looking into post-op care nurses but you would most likely have to pay out of pocket for them. I’m unsure if tricare or VA would cover that cost for you, since it is an outside service. Probably not the answer you want to hear but...

I saw on FB An October MH case came back! Wow, hopefully some movement for everyone..

Physical case, probably? Those are going to FLY. MH is/will take longer.

I was submitted 11OCT and my lawyer said he feels “confident” that we’ll hear something in mid April. We shall see.. i know they just say stuff to get you to be quiet. I think I saw someone end of SEP that got results already and they were MH.

Have any Aug/Sep USN, BH cases come back at all? If so, I may have a dog in this fight lol I know July is still struggling..

I see. It probably makes sense but doesn’t make me happy lol! My original referred we’re all physical, the MEB docs are the ones who added mental health to my NARSUM for the PEB.

Is it fair to say that if you have MH in any of your referred conditions you will be waiting the “max time”? It seems like everyone getting their ratings early did not have MH. I get excited to see them come back early lol but then realize I still have more waiting due to my referred conditions.
