Which number did you call? I had called one of them and they said they don't deal with anything regarding oix/bupers/index.

dang i signed mine 04feb was told 3-4 weeks so maybe this week, because i think the release the oix around the end of the month

same (signed 04feb), just called a number in one of these threads and they only told me "last update was December 19, try calling again next week"

how did you check?
