    My FINALLY completed timeline.

I mailed in my PCS on the 24th and I emailed in my HHG claim on the 25th. HHG said 3-4 weeks and I haven't heard from them since. VA hasn't processed anything for me yet and I can't even get a new PCM yet because MilConnect still has me as active duty. Fun times here lol

    Final Timeline

MSC Reached out to me. I could dig for that if you want the exact date but it was within the week that I did legal. I wish i did a review of my medical record, it would have saved me a hell of a headache. They were missing my entire PT records and all my external ENT notes!

Once medical retired from service how long does it take to receive compensation from VA?

the way my MSC explained it to me is the VA only pays in at least a full month. August will be your first "full month" so september 1st will be your first full month. She also stands by that they pay ASAP but YMMV

    IDES and VA Loan

landlords seem to be more willing to accept proposed ratings. I just came to terms that I would have to rent for a year. only 1 out of the 5 properties I hit up said they wouldn't accept proposed ratings as income.

    IDES and VA Loan

yesn't. you can always get a VA loan on active duty. if you close BEFORE you get final ratings and your letter you'll have to pay the funding fee and most lenders won't use proposed ratings as income. If you close after the funding fee will be waived and you can use your ratings as income.
