Can someone please tell me what possible rating I might get for this write up from my VA C&P exam for Radiculopathy on both my legs due to my back. Please take a look at the attachment. Thanks.
That is right you did reply. I appreciate all your help and clarification on this. I was confused with the rating since I also have issues with both my feet but was told they get rated as one for flat feet.
Got it thanks but based of the VASRD it mentions the rating up to 45 degrees for 30% for dominat arm. What happens if is 50 degrees in my case where will that fall under. That is what I am confused about.
Are the shoulders rated as one for both or is it rated individually for the right and left. So for example based of the ROM I will be 20% for each one or is the 20% combined for both?
Can someone please tell me what possible rating i can expect based off the writing for my C&P for flat foot, hammer toes, plantar fasciitis, arthritis degenerative.
If placed on TDRL for PTSD for example as the unfit condition for the Army at 70% and by the end of the 5 years end up being 50% permanently retired does that also effect the VA rating to come down as well?
Can someone please tell me what rating I could be possibly looking at for both my left and right arm and shoulders based of the attach C&P notes. Both arms have the same degree of movement.
