Thanks for the info. By now, I shouldn't be surprised but it never ceases to amaze me on how they operate. We would all be relieved of duty, art 15, etc if we performed like they do!!!!!

About the loan forgiveness. What do you have to submit with discharge application? Do you need the VA award letter or will the C&P exam notes work that state total disability for mental disorder? Who do you mail the application to? The US Dept or Ed or who you have the loan from...the...

Let me clarify. I am writing my OER support form for the OER. I have never written one that has comments about my medical condition and its affect on my duties (unable to perform them, no access to weapons, etc). This is what I need help and clarification on due to its effect on the PEB. Thank you!!

What do you write for significant contributions for the support form when PTSD has affected your performance and duties? In other words write a bad OER but one that reflects actual situation. I know that this will affect the PEB. Does anyone have experience on this?? Thank you!!!!
