Sounds like VA rep and PEBLO are just trying to pass the puck. As far as I know, there’s nothing you can do at the moment. Regulations prevent PCS during the MEB/PEB process. I don’t believe there is a way around that but it’s worth looking into. OCONUS move would probably be even less likely...

Congrats! My findings came exactly 1 week later. I'd plan on having them by the end of next week hopefully.

You should be due soon. My VA ratings actually took 88 days. I was found unfit late October, not early November apparently.
