I just talked with HR and confirmed this, was changed and of june. You get 30 days to seperate, she said opm is currently 3ish months then about 6 weeks to get paid, and would be backdated to your last pay date.

Ill have to talk to HR when i get to work tomorrow

We have had a few guys in my shop take 6-8 months after mil sep, to be fed tech sep. It would suck to not get paid for that long

So basically the time between seperation from T32 and when opm approves your disability you are SOL? No pay?

If a person has 12 years guard time, 5 years fed tech, dual-status, and is medically separated with less than 30%. They are still eligible for the 60/40 but no military right?
