Im ANG and ive been on a profile for 12 months for shoulder injury, then surgury, PT and now still have pain in the shoulder when lifting. ive heard people in my shop talk about it being an AUTO MEB if you have been on a profile for over a year. any truth to this?

I am Guard, and an ART WG-11, A-10 weapons. I was diagnosed with the heart condition while on medcon orders which i believe are title 32 but i'll have to look at the orders. What do you think think chances of me being sent to an MEB?
