I was curious about who i am supposed to be getting a NARSUM from.. My last session with my psychologist she said she was typing it but I had assumed i get it from a VA physician?

This is purely a hypothetical question but... What if someone were PDRL (receiving any % of pay) and ended up in jail or prison for any amount of time... would they stop getting benefits/pay?

So I suffered a concussion from a blast in 2003.. I don't think "TBI" was going around then. I ended up filling out TBI Screening forms at Mental Health with no follow up on them. I got a concussion from a 50cal barrel in 2006, same thing, filled out a peice of paper.... Had another incident...

Yes I absolutely understand and agree. I'm just not sure I can survive 6+ more months of my current situation, thats why I asked about taking a quicker way out....

Would I still be able to possible be medically retired if I took a chapter 9 instead of waiting a year for an MEB to process?
