61% how in the world did I get denied. This just gets worse for me to see. Its a slap in the face every darn day. Im happy for all those who get theirs but all seems lost for my case. I have no idea how and why they found against me.

Thanks I got the rating effective the day after my dischrge so yes it was my first rating. this is a total joke what a sham the pdbr was. got my hopes up for nothing.

Wil, they denied my claim for an increase for degenrative disks but they acknowledge that the injury was more than a strain. They did not increase because they said I did not complain of pain often enough. Is that rich or what? Take care have a good weekend
