My Peblo told me the ratings would be much faster than it took for the DOD UNFIT. I was told 4 to 8 weeks, its been three weeks and I was going to call again in a week to see what they say.

That's crazy! I was told I was unfit on December 17 and my ebenefits still hasn't changed from Review of Evidence.

My PEBLO gave me my UNFIT notice on the 17th of December, my eBenefits still says it is still with the MEB, so hopefully the VA gets it on the first and gets me my ratings in less than 4 weeks. If so my timeline would be perfect.

Thanks! It might take some time. The Navy was backlogged. They typically say it takes "3 weeks" to hear something. I'd say just prepare yourself for 3 months and don't expect it to move too quickly.

17DEC2015, PEBLO called and told me I was unfit and that my case was forwarded to the VA. So now just waiting for ratings. Hopefully I hear back before February, I am looking to start a new job April 1st, 2016.

I havent heard that yet. Timelines are definitely close. I'm getting more anxious by the day.

Awesome, our timelines are similar, my package got sent to PEB September 17, and I am still waiting to hear back on a fit or unfit finding. Hopefully soon, this is definitely stressful in lieu of finding jobs, etc.

My ebenefits switched to "Review of Evidence" earlier this morning.

The US Navy, as far as I have heard, has 3 weeks from the day the package is received at the MEB, to make an unfit or fit determination. From there they send to the PEB for the 120 day determination of ratings, etc.

As far as I know, this information is incorrect and they are trying to get you to lay off asking questions. They don't even start looking at it for ratings until they determine if you are fit/unfit.

I know right. I still have heard anything, I called last Thursday. I am in San Antonio, TX, actually. So stuff gets sent all over the place it seems.
