Yeah my total time at the PEB was 57 days. My claim just showed up as closed this afternoon too. Gonna call the VA on Monday to get them to email my proposed rating even though I already know it. Hope you get yours too!

Mine was submitted to PEB July 11th and Jeff said they sent it to the VA for ratings on August 13th. Claim is still open and don’t know if I was found fit or unfit yet. So yours should be sent to VA within the next week or two if I had to guess

I just got ahold of Jeff and he said the same thing. 887 current cases and DES isn’t the priority. And that the new law is causing them to backlog because the VA cant work on our cases until everything with the new law is in effect. The VA told me last night that my case is “Ready for Decision”

I feel you on that. I was checking it 50 times a day until Season started last week so that’s been a good distraction for me. My advice is find something to get your mind off of it and it’ll come eventually. I know it’s easier said than done but we gotta try

Submitted to PEB 11JULY. Same update: PEB voted and sent to the VA on 13Aug waiting on ratings

I was most definitely lied to lol. Or they had no clue what they were talking about at the VA. That update was from Jeff and I called the VA trying to confirm my case was closed and every single person said my case it definitely not closed

@PackFullyDropped Mine was sent to the VA from the PEB on Tuesday last week so I’m not far ahead of you. I’ll be sure to post when my case closes

Just called Jeff at the PEB. He said my case was sent to the VA 2 days ago (13AUG). He said give them 2 weeks for a rating. Taking that last part with a grain of salt, but at least I finally got some kind of update!

Mine was sent to PEB 11July. PEB says my case is with them to vote. VA says I’m in Decision Phase still.

That’s wild! I’m sure once they eventually get the ball rolling with claims yours shouldn’t take much longer. Just a guess though. It’s starting the process that probably takes forever. I claimed maybe 16 things in total.
