I asked several PEBLO's and attorneys at the office of soldiers council if to their knowledge any soldier has been awarded a 100% rating for PTSD and only PTSD. To their knowledge no one ever has. Does anyone have any knowledge of a soldier being awarded 100% disability for just PTSD.

Updated today to be shorter, and ignore other factors. The original memorandum I had used in my prior rebuttal was sent in "mistake" and was intended for another soldier. Or so they say, despite having my name on it. So my new one is updated in my original post. Though it is not my final draft.
