There were 3 ortho referred conditions, all of them training/combat related. My NARSUM was submitted sometime late December.

My case has been in the PEB findings stage for 6 weeks. I email my PEBLO weekly, and they sometimes reply, but it doesn't seem like they can do much to push for a 199 signature. Some 199s seem to return much faster - not sure if this is due to the complexity of the cases or something else...

While I am at Bragg, not JBER, my PEBLO has referred to a backlog of IPEB/199s, specifically hundreds of 199s that were waiting on signatures. Seems like that backlog is beginning to clear - I will make sure to update when mine comes back signed.

My 199 has been pending signature for 5 weeks.
