It has been a month since I received my p3 profile. Still no information or phone calls. What should i do?

Hello everyone, I recieved a p3 profile 9 days ago. I haven’t heard anything after that. Am i supposed to do something? Also there is no signature for approving authority. Am I waiting on that? If so how long? Thanks in advance
