Just gotta wait. You should start receiving phone calls from your military service coordinator (MSC) within a month to start scheduling appointments. Just finish all the appointments as fast as you can and then wait a few weeks for your NARSUM.
You can look on MEDPROS and view your profile to see if there's a second signature beside your P3 condition. If there is, Med board will be initiated. If the second signature is there, you can try to reach out to your installation's IDES office and speak to a PEBLO to see what's going on.
