Nah, as long as you told your peblo you were taking leave prior to knowing then you should be fine. It can be a phone call and an email for signature on your DA199 if you concur with the results.

Nice congrats man! Once they get your ratings back from the VA they "should" gather your documents and write up your DA199 within 10 days or so and get back to you for you to sign. I'd be calling my peblo non stop to ask what's the hold up.

That's correct, also once you get your orders it will be generic. Such as your date of separation will be exactly 90 days from the day you receive your orders with no leave or anything accounted for. You will have to submit all your leave and get an amended set of orders and if you have more...

Also if you are in the waiting phase you can go on the VA website and file a claim for a freedom of information act to request your C&P exams if you wanted to get a look at them prior to your narsum.

My buddy did a narsum rebuttal, it amounted to nothing, all they do for the narsum or even the PEB phase is determine the conditions which sent you to the MEB. My friends C&P examiner was awful and screwed him over so he did his rebuttal during the narsum phase and essentially was told yes it's...

Oh ok. Well I would look into what you can expect for the DOD side because with a temporary retirement percentage there is a possibility of them reducing your percentage at some point. You want to make sure it atleast stays above 30% if I remember correctly.

Did they say what the TDRL was for and what to expect? Assuming there is a condition they expect to get better and will re evaluate. What did the VA say in regards to proposed ratings? Good luck man!

Submit the PAR through ippsa with my approved leave forms and a counseling form from retirement services signed by a commander. Took like 2 days to get approved.

Man, hope they get it figured out quick. My buddy who did a BDD claim his closed out 3 days after retirement. I'm hoping mine doesn't take too long either. Have you called and asked about it?

Claim showed up on VA website yesterday for being received 31 October 2025.. Weird.. But it shows step 5 and all my claims are in there as well. Hopefully after my retirement date it just closes and gives a rating.

I had about the same number of claims. Didn't get like 3 of them total, so good luck out there.
