just signed my NARSUM and while reviewed by legal counsel. Now moved to informal PEB phase. I acknowledged and agreed with the DA side of findings and from what the Legal told me was that I would be found unfit.

When reviewing the NARSUM and 3947 do have legal review it prior to signing it or when exactly do I use legal? I will be reviewing the NARSUM and other document today.

Feel the same way with Soldiers, Marines, Airman that gave 15-20 years plus with numerous combat deployments that have to fight harder than people that served shorter time for that 70,80,90, 100 percent. The system is broke. If I were you I would def get your Congressman involved.
