I was denied my medical claim increase for cardiomyopathy and gall bladder removal. Currently I am 90 percent. My cardio was 60 but reduced to 30 and my back was increased to 40 from 10 percent so basically I didn't lose any money from my VA Payments....pay stays the same. They denied my gall...

I should have got CRSC.....started to notice my problem in Iraq Mosul but I thought I just had a cold or something.....didnt say nothing until I got to Al Udeid and they didnt find anything wrong with me until I PSC to spangdahlem germany! Major mistake....

If you did not annotate this on your Post Deployment assestment your screwed. For a shoulder injury you will not get deployment related/war zone related...etc You have to have a severe injury while deployed......like a lost leg, eye.....etc Anytime you deploy and fill out your Post Deployment...
