So So it took a month after your narusm to recieve 199 Also I did here it was backed up ( well going slow ) and it’s started to pick back up

I second this. I called three times row different days until I picked another day put on a sweet voice . Sad but true. Said my common courtesy’s yes ma’am no ma’am please and thank you and just like that she emailed me a link and there it was.

Yes call the 1000 number and have them email you that’s what I did and so did others
