I was discharged medically from the Corps with 20% DOD and 30% VA. My severance pay of $46,000 was taxed and I only received $35,000. I was discharged August 30, 2013. I want to contact DFAS prior to Dec 31. I'll try to follow the steps above but any additional advice is greatly appreciated.

Received my final EAS date. My last day is August 30, 2013. I'll be going on PTAD for 20 days and then terminal leave until August 30. Two questions: When do I receive my DD 214? and When do I receive the severance pay?

20% DOD 30% VA. Separate with severance. I accepted. I planned on leaving anyway, so at least I'm not leaving empty handed. I signed papers today and was told it takes about 6-8 weeks for a discharge date. Should I take leave or sell it back?

I've been on LimDu for about two years. My package was sent to the IPEB May 24, 2013. Still waiting on a determination. I heard it takes a short time to get that determination but I haven't heard anything yet. Am I being too impatient? My EAS was supposed to me this Thursday. Not anymore.

I forgot to claim those. My Narsum was signed and sent to the IPEB on May 23. Haven't heard anything about being unfit or fit yet.

I don't think I claimed Spinal Stenosis or DDD but both Radiculapathy and the herniated disc were claimed as well as hearing, GERD, migraines, and shoulder tendonitis. I feel like I should have claimed stenosis and DDD as it clearly states them as a diagnosis in my medical record by several doctors.

So I have documentation stating the following: Herniated Disc at L5-S1 Spinal Stenosis Degenerative Disc Disease Lumbar and Cervical Radiculapathy I had a discectemy June 2012 and an MRI taken last month shows that the disc herniation is now worse. I just started my IPEB and waiting on a...

My paper work got to the PEB on May 23rd. My EAS is June 20. S1 just said they are going to "9" out my EAS today. I'm hoping to get results back from the PEB soon. I'm new to the eBenefits thing. No one ever explained it to me.

I have finished my claims witht he VA. My paperwork was accepted by the PEB on 23 May 2013. I was told they have 120 days but have been returning them within 30-60 days. My injuries were not combat related. There were a few conditions I forgot to claim at the VA but was told I can add them later...

So I finished up my C&P Exams with the V. What's next? I just wait on their findings? I forgot to claim a couple of things but I can do that later on as they are not connected with the med board. Any suggestions or insight on what's next?
