    January PDRL OIX Message?

Oh sorry, I made a typo in my last post. I signed my findings on Dec 31st**, so it’s been over 30 days and PERS hasn’t seen my name (index) come across any of their systems. I even talked to the person who writes the OIX messages.

    January PDRL OIX Message?

Congrats! I called PERS and they told me they still haven't received my index from whoever sends it to them before they release the OIX message. Super weird because I signed my findings over a month ago (Jan 31st). Sounds like I'll be pushed into April now, I guess. Would love to hear if anyone...

    January PDRL OIX Message?

Keep me updated! My admin is supposed to let me know as soon as they seen it but we all know how it is. I get message traffic but don't have access to my email at the moment since. Thank you for your service.

Thanks! Absolutely, being nice to everyone along the way has allowed me to get more transparency and help throughout this process.

    January PDRL OIX Message?

Thanks so much! Yep, not on the list. Looks like no one from my command is on the list so that must be why we never received it. They must of taken their time processing my stuff then. Did they say if the next one will be mid or end of March? Also, do you have a phone number for PERS 95?

Applying For Disability After A Med Board

I'll also add that it is specifically 100% P&T, not just 100% VA. Here is some more information for those interested: https://www.ssa.gov/pubs/EN-05-10565.pdf

    January PDRL OIX Message?

Has anyone received the January PDRL list through OIX yet? I signed on Jan 31st and admin says they have no received anything yet. From what I understand there should be 1-2 a month and recently they have been about 60 days to retirement. At this point, I'm assuming end of March retirement for...

    Crohn's Disease

Are you looking at the new rating for Crohns? It no longer mentions marked malnutrition. Per my IDES attorney, you don't have to meet every single criteria for a specific percentage. It is up to the rater to determine if you fall in between and they are supposed to go with the higher percentage...

NMC San Diego + VR&E Timeline

MSC is the Military Services Coordinator who starts your VA claim process while you're in IDES. They are the one you sit down with (or over the phone) shortly after being referred to the MEB and go over all your claims, not just your referred condition, and create your VA Form 21-526EZ. They...

    Crohn's Disease

Yep, received my finding on 18 Dec. Signed 31 Dec. 100% DoD PDRL / 100% VA P&T. The new rating allowed me to get 100% for Crohn's since I met all but two of the conditions, plus I'm on immunosuppressants. Unsure what the result would have been under the new rating but I think it is favorable for...

    Crohn's Disease

I was referred for Crohn's back in Jan. Had my C&P exams in March under the old rating (under the ulcerative colitis rating) and DBQ. I signed my package to the IPEB in May. Received a call from QTC two weeks ago saying that the VA needed "more information" about my Crohn's. Called my MSC and...
