@BigBlueHue I've heard the same about legal being furloughed. The one PEBLO that was nice enough to inform me of my preliminary rating said I just had one more signature until my DA199 is finalized. I assume that would be legal, are you in the same boat?

A guy from my unit said he dropped my packet off at the PEBLO the day after my claim was closed on the VA app.... I have no idea what packet he meant, and he didn't really specify. Any ideas on what that packet may be/when my 199 should be ready?

Update: Just signed my NARSUM/MEB results, have all hard-copy DBQ's from Optum Serve, still not showing anything on VA.gov. Hope this helps.

I recently reached out to the VA after the completion of my C&P exams 08/21, Lady on the phone claimed that all docs were received and under review. However, I cannot see any submitted VA claims on VA.gov. Was wondering if anyone has experienced this? Optum Serve was my vendor btw.

Got a hold of Optum Serve, all exams were submitted to the VA on Monday. Called the va because I did not see anything on va.gov, lady said that they are "under review". Is my NARSUM able to be written now? Should I notify my PEBLO? Many thanks
