I was in the Air Force first, I know what your talking about. There is a lot of them doing the whole process and then when its done they just want you to blindly sign off on everything, then later you find out you got screwed.

My unfit memo was done on 20 Nov 2012. The 225 on yours is how many days they foresee it taking to complete your case. However, I don't think that it is accurate at all.

I forgot to mention that today I sent all of my statuses to my senator today via fax with his "release of information" form as well. I don't think that had anything to do with it though? I don't see anyone in congress working that fast. ;)

I spoke to the DAV rep. in Seattle yesterday and emailed her late notices for my bills. Today my PEB/ VA rating status as well as my initial VA claim appeal status both went from "Gathering of evidence" earlier today to now read "Complete" on both. Is this really good or really bad? :eek:
