I claimed left knee pain from compensating for my gimp leg, but they didn't give me anything for it. They said my ankle swelling and pain was tied to my knee, so they didn't give me anything for my ankle either. The 10% was for the knee only.

Knee and ankle condition from a broken leg and the surgeries to correct it. Some loss of range of motion, swelling, pain, etc.

Yeah, I only got 10% DoD/ 10% VA, however I'm glad to be moving on with life. I've been waiting since August 5th, so it took about 2 and 1/2 months to hear back from the PEB. Back to college for me.

Got my findings yesterday afternoon. Found unfit. My PEBLO said I was lucky to get them. Apparently they're behind almost 180 days.

Can't you schedule a callback from the VA using IRIS or something like that? It took me a few tries to get through using the chat. Try at lunch time, and at the end of the workday. I got through at 1230 Pacific Time yesterday.

I used the "chat with the VA" on ebennies to talk to them. For paperwork, I usually contact the VA guy that originally setup my claim. Otherwise I would use 800-827-1000.

Yeah, I forgot to include that in historical claims they updated that it was closed and decision notification sent. However, any update is good news to me haha. After being stagnant for so long I'm happy to see that something is happening, even if it's backwards.

I have no idea why some take longer than others. Could be severity or injuries or conditions maybe? Or just luck of the draw. Seems like the other branches move much faster than the Navy PEB as well. Hope you hear back soon.

I haven't had any issues logging into ebennies. After 3 months at pending decision approval, today it changed to preparation for decision! Hope you hear something soon.

I don't remember the Lt. Commander's name, but it's a line to the PEB office. Give the number a call tomorrow and see what he tells you. All he really said to me was that he couldn't go into specifics, but it's in processing so expect results in 2 weeks. Yeah, I don't understand why it's taking...

@Dr_DeJesus13 That Lt. Commander was real nice. I wish he would be able to go into more detail. Haha. He said I should hear back within two weeks. Hope he's right.

My package was signed and sent to PEB August 7th, 2015 and I haven't heard a thing. Every 30 days or so I go check in with my PEBLO, but it's always the same "You haven't heard anything, because we haven't heard anything." I think my PEBLO just gets irritated when I ask about it. It seems like...

My ebenefits also got changed to "Your regional office can't give an estimated wait time on your claim." Originally said 10/13-10/23. I've been stuck at Pending Decision Approval for months.
