    MEB Concerns Psoriatic Arthritis

The 28th I have a meeting with the MEB JAG lawyers to go over my NARSUM. He told me that he would give me a ballpark estimate on what ratings I would be looking at so I'll definitely let you know how that goes.

    MEB Concerns Psoriatic Arthritis

So... I received my NARSUM back today from my PEBLO. I am really worried about it, and I really am feeling overwhelmed. My PEBLO is very hard to reach, I've only seen him twice in 3 months and he is leaving for the month of July! Anyways, I was hoping @maparker and you guys could shed...

    MEB Concerns Psoriatic Arthritis

Mike, Yeah, the Doc told me what it was. Apparently when using a goniometer you do not have to worry about precision, because he was flashing it around so quickly. I could be totally wrong here, I have no medical training. I just hope that if the Doc is in favor of a side, it is the veteran.

Yes, they did the tested the ROM. It was such a quick "glance" that I guess I get worried. But either way, I appreciate the input, that helps put my mind at ease.

    What are my chances

Recent update: I went to my PCM because I was having some serious neck pain. It was harder to fall asleep and I couldn't turn each direction as much anymore and I wanted to ensure that it was or was not PsA related before any QTC. The I just got the xray results back and it showed "mild...

    What are my chances

I went to a Rheumatologist off post while stationed at Fort Hood because the hospital there did not have one. I did everything from creams, steroid & pain creams, UV Light treatment, then at the Rheumatologist I did Methotrexate and when that didn't work I got Humira. I was on it for about 6...

    What are my chances

I am hoping that I get a rating of no less than 60% based on being on Humira now ( For the second time). I have heard a lot of similar stories, but I just assume the worst when it comes to me.

    What are my chances

I am on like day 3 of the MEDBOARD process also for PA. Everything i have read, and the VASRD code confirms that the use of immunosuppressants (chronically) shall be rated no less than 60%. I totally feel you though as i am in the same boat and i usually assume the worst! I would be interested...

That absolutely helps. I really appreciate the info. I dislike how it is sometimes left to the individual raters interpretation. But Tha KS again, that's a really good point.

Thank you @gsfowler. I have read a lot of his posts, and I am still new to this forum and I'm learning more and more each day. I am now more so worried about what they think "systemic" means in reference to the time period on immunosuppressants
