Existed prior to service - VA vs DoD Narsum
If the VA C&P exam says 'service aggravated', can the DoD say 'existed prior to service' and 'not aggravated' on the NARSUM? The opposite of the VA. If so, what method can fight that?- TortolliniShell

Does 8 year rule include time as a Cadet?
Hello All, BLUF: Does the 8 year rule apply to time as a Cadet at West Point? Does obligation time count towards the 8 Year Rule? Major Depressive Disorder EPTS and permanently aggravated
Originally got referred to MEB for Adjustment Disorder w/Anxious depressed mood, and when trying to get MEB overturned to stay in, it was changed to Major Depressive disorder.
