Hello, I’m curious if anyone has managed to get their surgery approved during the medboard process and if so what they did to accomplish that approval

What does it mean when the "Updates" section of my claim says "Status Has Changed"? Also, my completion has fluctuated from 09/28/16 - 12/11/2016 to 12/13/2016 - 03/04/2017 O_O
