meb upgrade

Hello sir or mam, I am writing this post to see if there is anyone or anything that can be done. I was medically discharged in 2010 I went through the Meb and Peb process. They gave me a ratting of 20% but during the whole process my PTSD was overlooked and wrote off as a single depression...
