1 year after

Hello All,

It is my understanding that you have a year after you get out to add items to be reviewed for VA ratings. I have been out a few months now. Since being out I have received an MRI on my lower back and diagnosed with degenerative disc disease. What should I do now to get my rating reviewed?

Is this already your condition you are rated on and the condition has gotten worse?

Or is your DDD in the low back a new condition?

I was rated for low back pain, but without a diagnosis.
