I'm trying to understand this PDBR process. I received the PDBR letter, sent in the DD Form 294, VA form 3288, and sections of my past award ratings and current rating yesterday:
Currently I have a VA rating at 90%, but I am 100% permanent and total because of TDIU
Degenerative arthritis of the spine 20%
Sciatica right 20%
Sciatica left 10%
PTSD 50%
TBI 30 or 40%
IBS 30%
incontinence bowel 30%
tinnitus 10%
Right knee 0%
the army gave me a 0% when separating from the army for my lower back and didn't look at anything else.
The VA granted me 60% to the day I was medically discharged in 2006 all service connected:
Degenerative arthritis of the spine 20%
Sciatica left 10%
PTSD 30%
TBI 20%
IBS 10%
Tinnitus 10%
in 2008, two years after getting out, I was awarded 80%; then in 2012 I was given 90% with the 100% permanent because of TDIU.
from your guys' experience, what wait time should I expect? am I a shoe in for an Army rating? its been nearly 11 years, will I get back pay with even though I've been getting VA 100% TDIU Permanent since 2012, 6 years after I got out?
any advice would help.
