I have just been awarded 100% from the VA. I have been using voc rehab and now with my new rating my counselor is saying I no longer qualify for voc rehab. Is this true? Can I fight it? I have been doing great and have 3.5GPA.

No it does not interfere as my job would be seditary and I would be sitting at a desk most of the time.
I am 100% permanent and total and applied for voc rehabilitation. They wanted to put me on an independent living plan. I refused and am going to school on the GI Bill and am doing well.
I know several people who are in Voc Rehab with a 100% Individual Unemployability rating. Just because they are unemployable now, does not mean they will be so several years from now. Your counselor is wrong. Ask them to cite the specific regulation, which states that you no longer qualify. When they can't do it, inform them that you will be filing a Congressional.
