135 days at PEB, Accepted April 21st.

I am just curious who is still waiting from April?
What dates did you guys get accepted at the PEB?

April 21st is when I got accepted, I read on one of the other threads that someone got their results back and they were sent to PEB on 16 April.

This shit is moving slow as fuck. 106 ish days with the MO, 135 days since accepted.

They had to restart the entire PEB process for a shitload of people that were already deemed unfit because of personnel change.

More than likely certain signatures needed to match up and with everyone leaving and new people coming in they probably decided it was easier to just hit the reset button. I’ve seen a lot of Navy people on my FB getting their results

But the people I’ve seen actually get their results were deemed unfit like a month or two ago. Then they got another phone call recently saying that they were deemed unfit again.
 
What is your status? Are you along the same timeline as me or did you already get your results?
 
I’m at 124 days waiting for PEB. Mine was sent 3 May so I’m just a little bit behind you.

Where are you getting that other information from about the PEB? I follow the other navy sub forum on this site but didn’t see anything about them hitting a reset button or anything. Just curious if you have another site you’re getting info from
 
I’ve been reading a lot of stuff on the 2 MEB/PEB Facebook groups. It takes a while to dig through stuff but occasionally people pass on information that they get from their peblos on there. My peblo is useless so I have to rely on info from other people.

April 27th, makes 131 days PEB and 103 days Medical Officer for me.
 
April 26th here…. Still playing the waiting game. Had a great discussion with my lawyer in which she said that it looks like my 100% is P&T… so I’ll take that
 
Does anyone know what the VA is like further on down the road? Are we going to have to reapply for benefits in 5 years or is it a permanent pay for the rest of our lives?

You should’ve gotten set up to meet with the IDES lawyer at the minimum right after you met your PEBLO. If they didn’t then you should contact your nearest IDES Legal office or reach out to your PEBLO for their contact info.

Yeah I guess they never put me in contact with a lawyer because I did everything during the peak of covid, I’ll be contacting one this week for sure.

I mean I’ve only spoken with the Lawyer once and after discussing him he pretty much told me there is no way I will get under 100% if I’m rated for everything. Since then I’ve only spoken to the paralegal about updates in my case.
