Been quietly reading on here for a while and it sounds like almost everyone is experiencing similar woes with VA ratings.
For context:
IDES started: May 2022
PEBLO assigned: Jul 11 2022
VA Intake: Jul 27 2022
C&P exams complete: Aug 25 2022
NMA complete: Dec 2 2022
PEB case accepted: Dec 13 2022
This is also the day my PEBLO quit working for VA
Found unfit: Jan 13
Board did not receive my personal statement (wanted to be found fit) due to my PEBLO being gone (I had no knowledge at the time that I no longer had a PEBLO)
Jan 27 2023: Called Balboa patient admin due to no response from PEBLO about PIS. This is when I found out I no longer had a PEBLO, board did not get PIS, and I was not being assigned a new PEBLO due to being found unfit (by the informal board). Was told by another PEBLO that my case was awaiting VA rating.
75 days later and I am still at the “ your case has been forwarded to VA D-RAS for rating”.
I should also mention, my original EAS was NOV 13 2022 ( which is why I tried to decline to be boarded and wanted to be found fit) I am now on a command extension until the process concludes. Around 10 items claimed on C&P, with 3 separate exams.
Hopefully this helps. If anyone else has been told their PEBLO left and they are not getting a new one please let me know.
