9 days before out w/ possible article 15

Hey everyone so I'm about 9 days out from my final out and my company was a edre which means they locked everyone in and no one was allowed out. I had the appointment to pick up my clearing papers the next day and had to go home to get the necessary papers. Someone rear ended me on the way back and now my co and 1sg are threatening me with a company grade article 15. I've been in 4 1/2 years and this is my first offense. So my question is the possibility of this going all the way through high or low?
 
So you disobeyed a lawful order?
 
This is a tough one. Probably not an offense that would warrant an other than honorable discharge, but it may cost you a stripe, money and extra duty.

Hopefully they just cut bait and let you move on.
