My PEBLO wouldn't release them to me, so I called the VA and found someone willing to help me out. From my understanding, the PEB uses the same methodology as the VA but only scores your unfit (referred) claims.

Was the VA able to give you what your DOD was or did they just give you the consolidated VA ratings?
Yes, then I applied the VA proposed rating for my three referred (potentially unfitting) conditions. By no means official, but should be somewhat close to my final ratings.
When I called the VA only gave me my overall proposed rating and no individual ratings.

Hard to believe you got only 10% for POTS when it was considered unfitting by the AF! Did your IDES attorney help you will your VARR Submission?
Yeah they helped me put together all the legal jargon and assisted by advising what I needed to gather for evidence.
Let me know when you got the results back! I would like to know the timeline.

Yeah last Thursday I got a phone call and they didn't increase my rating. Stuck with 10%. My doctor contradicted herself in the evidence letter that I had to submit. She said I had a METS level of 3 but the activities she provided as an example of a 3 were more like 7 - 10 METS.
That sucks man! Sorry to hear that. I just received the proposed rating Friday, but I'm not sure if that is the official response from the VARR. Did you receive the propose rating before your attorney/PEBLO contact you?
