Flagging condition - PTSD, Severe Obstructive Sleep Apnea

29 Oct 2021 - PCM referred case to AMRO for review

10 Nov 2021 - AMRO approved code 37

I would try to find out who your peblo is. I found a list and called all of them until one answered and then I asked if they could get me one. Otherwise youll have to wait until your case falls onto one of their desks.

03 Dec 2021 - Code 37 actually initiated (they forgot to press the button?)…

17 Dec 2021 - PEBLO attempted to contact me (emailed the wrong person)

03 Jan 2022 - Reached out to PEBLO office, found my PEBLO, gave them the correct correspondence address

07 Jan 2022 - CIS signed and submitted

11 Jan 2022 - NARSUM completed, sent to PEBLO

14 Jan 2022 - Package submitted to AFPC

27 Jan 2022 - PEB brief (Full MEB)

02 Feb 2022 - ODC counseling, legacy option selected, papers signed and submitted back to PEBLO

How do you do this? My PCM started my MEB a month ago and I have heard nothing.

07 Feb 2022 - SGH approved LDES selection. Case submitted back to local board.

22 Feb 2022 - Local board approved legacy MEB
24 Feb 2022 - Case submitted to IPEB
28 Feb 2022 - Case selected for random audit? Case returned to PEBLO, requesting updated NARSUM from 2 doctors
04 Mar 2022 - 2x updated NARSUM sent in
07 Mar 2022 - Case resubmitted to IPEB

tldr: My legacy election has been less than a smooth process, although still moving at a decent pace.

Just curious, what was your reasoning for going with the LDES? Everything I've heard from my PEBLO is that IDES is the way to go, but that is just one source of information.

I work in Cyber, have a well over 6 figure job offer waiting for me to be on terminal leave.
Yeah i was gonna do LDES for that same reason, but I found a job in county government that pays really well and theyre going to wait. Im kinda glad that I went IDES because after I got my C and P exams back they tried to screw me over. They overlooked a bunch of things and wrote things that I never said nor did my medical records state what he said. Hopefully I dont have to use PEB because I submitted a statement with evidence, but who knows.

You’ll be hearing about your results here soon.

Note sure what the second MyPers notification was, didn't mention my case being finished, was just a copy paste of my original case acceptance notification (14 days later). Thursday now and still nothing.
Is there a time requirement the IPEB has to get a case wrapped up?

I'm not sure about a timeline but it seems as though they are taking about 4-5 weeks. I'm in the same boat as you...waiting anxiously.
