Did you use the ODC at all? Not sure what they can offer if I am about to get my final package back from PEBLO for review and signing the 618.
damn, did you have to schedule a NARSUM appointment with your PCM or the provider put you up for MEB? Feels like im missing something in middle of my process. I'm also at Nellis going though the MEB, my MEB was open by a specialty clinic provider. I know the specialty clinic provider finished my NARSUM and send it to the PEBLO already but I never scheduled a NARSUM appointment with my PCM. I do see the specialty provider on a weekly base for treatment and medication. Not sure if that's why..
My PCM was the one who’s referenced me to the MEB she he was well aware of my condition threw discussions during our appointments. I would contact your PCMs office and make an appointment if that doesn’t work my 1st Sgt was a huge help at getting things rolling when they didn’t meet deadlines etc
I called them on Monday March 28 and they told me they had a note that everything was done on March 15 and was supposed to be sent back to the VA that day. An hour after I call all my exams are loaded on TOL and QTC had everything marked complete on their website. Basically it sat for two weeks for no reason.
That sucks. Hopefully you hear from PEBLO soon and things get moving.
The most annoying thing the VA could’ve done to me. I got this notification and called my rep to see what it was about and he basically told me I won’t receive this letter and I can’t get my proposed ratings after 10 days until the PEB is done it’s so annoying. Anyone know what determines how long the PEB will take? I’ve seen on here from 4 days to over a month on peoples timelines.
I guess I'll figure that out soon, I go in to sign my package and submit to PEB tomorrow morning.
If you get the notification on you va about a letter and don’t receive it call the VA not the rep and ask for it they will provide it to you via email I got my estimated VA rating that way today it came in at 100% however it can still change
I called VA, who said they cant tell me my proposed rates, only MSC or PEBLO can. Called MSC and PEBLO, MSC said only PEBLO can give me rates, PEBLO said she cannot give me rates until a decision is made one way or another by the PEB. Having been working with and for the Government for that past 15 years, am not surprised that there is no standardized process or answer across all involved.
Any word on a decision from PEB yet? Did you give the VA agent some sob story, or just ask for it? I'm still waiting on the PEB package receipt email from AFPC that was supposedly submitted last Friday.
Still awaiting PEB I call my peblo every week just to double check. Cause you know no one can be trusted to do their job in the military haha
Side question: I was originally referred for 1 unfit condition, prior to PEB recomendation, 2 more unfit conditions were added after my MH provider submitted a NARSUM. Does this document need to be put into the VA claim process now? Will they see it after/if the PEB makes an unfit determination? Should I upload it as supporting documentation to my claim in VA.gov now? I just went to PEB on 1 April, So I am assuming an action needs to be taken ASAP because I do not think my C&P examiner had to entire picture at the time of exam.

Where the 2 new conditions in your medical records prior? @SgtSnuffy
they were in my visit summaries, but the NARSUM states a diagnosis, severity, and outlook not mentioned in any prior records.

Probably not. The VA will evaluate all service connected conditions. Unfitting is an in house DoD issue
