Additional C&P testing after being found unfit

Hello, I originally had all of my c&p testing done in May, then 2 weeks ago the ipeb found me unfit for duty. Fast forward to the present, my PEBLO calls me in and I'm thinking that my va ratings are in, but Lo and behold to my dismay the va wants me to do more tests! I noticed that on been ebennies my status changed from "pending decision" back to the "need evidence" stage. I fear that my case is starting over again. Can someone please explain what is going on? My PEBLO says she has never seen this before.

not uncommon for them to require further info, missed rom measurement, better lab or X-rays MRI's etc. Once complete, your case will be back to where it was, not much time added from past experiences I've seen on here.
