I got my C&P eval and 199 the very day this CAD shit began. Since then my PEBLO hasn't called or emailed me once. I have sent her several and finally got answers(?) after a few days. I still haven't signed my 199 and don't know when I will be asked to. Any idea on when the rest of us who weren't on orders will be moved up the chain? While verifying the info on my 199 I found that my time in service is incorrect. My PEBLO said, no biggee and I shouldn't worry about it. I think that's BS and think I should worry about it. RPAC has sent in my missing DD214 and they are attempting to update my files but God knows when that will take place. As far as the order of things goes. After I sign my 199 and it goes up, then do I find out about my ratings? My command knows squat about this shit and thereby are no help at all. What kind of ratings are they giving for the CAD? Mine is most def chronic as it started in 2011. What kind of rating should I expect? Also, how do I find out about changing PEBLO's? Mine is at Ft. Lee. I hear all this stuff about people meeting their PEBLO's, the most that I have done is a phone call. Am I supposed to meet them for an interview? What are the regs? Sorry for so many questions. Thanks, Boz48, soon to be 49.

Quick question, From the VA side i was rated as having PTSD and on the Army they said "chronic adjustment disorder". The question is are they now adding adjustment disorder as it's own rating in addition to the PTSD? Or will the PTSD rating be it?
The VA exam is the exam of record. The VA will rate you for PTSD and if the Army says it's chronic adjustment disorder, and it fails retention standards, then you will probably see "PTSD, also claimed as chronic adjustment disorder" on your VA ratings. And you will not be looking at additional for the chronic adjustment disorder because the PTSD rating is what you would be separated for.
A lot going on here. You say you got your DA199 already, then you should have the ratings to go with it since the VA ratings are what they use. I wonder if you're actually talking about the DA3947? The time in service thing may, or may not be a big deal on the DA3947, since DFAS and HRC and everyone else involved will not take that as gospel. They will verify your actual length of service. It does show inattention to detail if the documents you gave them were accurate.
As to ratings for CAD, it depends on severity. Just because it is chronic does nothing to address severity. I've seen 30% for the condition in some of my soldiers, but every case is different.
I'm assuming you are reserve component? I say that because if you're active duty at the Post and you haven't seen your PEBLO, something is really wrong. If you are a remote case, then you may never see your PEBLO, but should have regular comms with them via email and telephone. You will also likely have to clear from Ft. Lee since that is where your case is being handled. You should swing by and see your PEBLO then.
