ADSO and MEDICAL BOARDS

Hello, can anyone please point out which DOD policy spells out the ADSO in medical board cases?

I’m a medical officer on a PEB and still have 1.5 years of ADSO.

Also, in order to payback ADSO from training, am I required to be working in my job description? (on a medical hold and am no longer seeing patients, but does my active duty time count towards my ADSO while in this medical hold eventhough I’m not performing my job description?)

I had an AD service commitment when I was medical retired. It was irrelevant to the process.
