Advice for NDRB/PEB results

Greetings,

Looking for some advice I had a NDRB/PEB decision in November 2023 that granted Medical Retirement PDRL. I contacted HQ USMC and I keep getting the run around one department said they got it and the personnel department says they have no record of it. I'm just trying to get the updated DD214 and paperwork so I can sign up for Tricare but I keep getting the run around for over 3 months now since the decision.
 
Often months pass after a decision before the member get a DD214
 
Appreciate the response so it might be awhile yet then. It's been 3 months now since the decision. I guess hurry up and wait some more.
