VA started rating claim: 2 or 3 Nov 2012
VA sent proposed ratings to IPEB: 19 Nov 2012
IPEB results in (100% TDRL): 6 Dec 2102

I plan to sign my 356 tomorrow, and then should hopefully have orders before Christmas!

My ebenefits status changed one weekend, so I tried calling the VA hotline but didn't get any meaningful info there. I went to the DAV to get an update, since they have my POA. They were able to see the VA notes that they had started rating my claim three days prior. After all was said and done, the VA opened and closed an "eligibility determination" claim that started on 2 Nov and closed on 20 Nov. It looks like that was the period of time when they were actually rating my stuff, but that claim didn't show up in ebenefits till 20 or 21 Nov. My original claim is still at "Review of Evidence," where it has been since ~3 Nov.
