I'm active duty Air Force (5 years) and was recently referred to an IRILO for a diagnosis of Ankylosing spondylitis. I've been on Humira for about 6 months now. In the upcoming weeks I will asking my CC for an impact statement. A few questions that I have are:
- I'm worried the NARSUM will try to claim the AS is a preexisting condition. Any suggestions on how to steer away from this?
- Does anyone else have an example of what their CC impact statement looked like for a similar diagnosis?
