AF Timeline so far (Japan)

Aug 6 2012--coded 37
Sept 15 -- peblo received commanders letter and pre-NARSUM
Oct 16--pre IDES package (RILO) went to DAWG and they sent it up to AFPC to determine whether or not a full MEB would be done.
Oct 17--AFPC said for a full MEB to be done.
Oct 30--officially entered IDES// Met my peblo and signed all paper work
Oct 31--peblo sent my medical records along with the VA forms to VA..
Nov 21-- have my VA MSC teleconference early in the morning due to time difference to schedule appts for my C&P exams in Cali.
Dec 19-21--C&P Exams
Dec 21-JAN21--went on leave
Jan22--my C&P report came in and BH doc made revisions same day and sent back to PEBLO
(VA Doc and my BH Doc had a different diagnosis. VA Doc said i have Anxiety NOS while BH Doc says i have GAD and he says he's sticking with that one. Not sure if this is important in terms of ratings??? any insight would help.)

Now just waiting on the PEBLO so that i can sign my NARSUM?
 
When I signed my NARSUM I was with my PCM... have you gotten any updates yet?

Jan 28th--signed NARSUM
Jan 28th-- Package sent to PEB via FedEx with tracking number
Jan 30th-- package was delivered and signed for
Now begins the waiting...

Mar 19th-- Checked Ebenefits and under historical Claims it says "Appeal is possible,decision notification sent" "Claim Complete" (not exactly sure what this means but i hear it could be that my claim has been sent back to the PEB with proposed ratings??) I still have my initial claim open and that has been stuck on "review of evidence"

Any body have any suggestions as to why??
 
Ben&Dee...not sure what is going on. I recieved my Disability Retirement Orders yesterday and my eBenee's status is still stuck in "Reviewing Evidence." I wouldn't hold that site as that reliable for updates as to what you need to do or where your case is in the pipeline. Mine started in Review of Evidence and hasn't moved since Oct...PEBLO can check your status and that's probably the most reliable source of info. Best of luck. Crackedback.
 
Thanks cracked back!! I just got off the phone with the VA and they said my proposed ratings were sent to the PEB on 14 march!! Hopefully I hear something soon
 
Man Id get on your PEBLO to call AFPC Disability to see why they have busted thier 10 sus so badly, guess they ride on the fact that most people dont know about that. :-p

I'm in a similar case, my MEB package was sent to AFPC in early Feb. The VA recieved it 12 Mar and sent it back to AFPC on 22 Mar. My E-Ben account has a new history case that says claim complete. Its been 13 buisness days since 22 Mar and my PEBLO has no information. I asked my PEBLO about the 10 day rule, and they replied by saying the PEB has 120 days to determine a finding.

I really want my 356 so I can sign, get orders and move on with my life.

I would offer to stay the course and remain strong until successful completion of the results you are trying to achieve.

Thus, I quite often comment that "possessing well-informed knowledge is truly a powerful equalizer."

In retrospect, I waited 71 days for receipt of my IPEB findings while in the DoD IDES PEB phase, and there are numerous processing errors within the 29-page documentation yielding to a potential IPEB appeal and one-time DoVA reconsideration. :(

For what it's worth, I believe your IPEB findings are forthcoming and I hope it's not filled with processing errors that you don't agree are accurate.

Moreover, I would offer to stay the course and remain strong until successful completion of the results you are trying to achieve.

April 8th-- received proposed ratings
April 9th signed proposed ratings(30% DOD 40% VA) TDRL
Now just waiting for my orders to drop.. Hopefully soon.. So glad I can see the finish line now
 
GOOD NEWS!!!! the PEB actually got my 356 to me on the 10th duty day!!!!! so my percentages are as follows AF 10 and VA 70!!!! Im not able to get my 356 for a little bit longer cause the peblo is having issues opening the email due to the encryption but yay!!!!

Congrats!!!
Its been 18 duty days since the PEB recieved my VA findings and I'm still waiting on my 356...should be any day.
 
hopefully! have oyu gone to your peblos office and had them call the disability office?
 
I called my PEBLO last friday and they said it hadn't been checked in to AFPC yet...that was 25 duty days after the VA send it to AFPC. I called AFPC and they put in a trouble ticket. AFPC's reply was, "...we have requested the VA resend your rating sheet to us. Your PEBLO should receive the IPEB's decision this week."
Hopefully I get it soon, hopefully the rating is what I'm hoping for.
