Quick question: Does anyone have any contact information for the AFBCMR besides the workflow email address? I received my AFBCMR decision after almost two years, and I'm unable to open it. It seems to be encrypted by Microsoft IRM. I can't open it unless I am signed into an AF email account. It does not have even read access without that.
I have to point out that it's NOT the zip file encryption that they send the decision in. I was able to open it and extract all of the files. The only one I can't open is the record of proceedings that would actually tell me the disposition of the case.
I have emailed the workflow account every 2-3 weeks for almost 3 months, and they do not reply. I am at a loss at this point. Any help would be appreciated.
