I was referred to DAWG back in February due to multiple hospitalizations for MH in the same year. There were a lot of moving parts at the beginning and I’m still trying to make sense of it all, so I’ll start when I was coded 37. I was told things take a little longer with being a member of the AF reserve, but honestly I think it’s moving along pretty quick.

30 March 2023: Code 37

5 April 2023: Commanders Impact Statement (Do not retain)

10 April 2023: NARSUM (Do not Retain)

10 April 2023: Package sent to ARPC (I’m a reserve AGR)

10 May 2023: Notified of Full MEB, PEBLO sent me some forms to fill out to bring to an appointment with him on 12 May.

12 May 2023: Initial PEBLO brief, he sent documentation off to the MSC for 2 referred conditions.

25 May 2023: Met with MSC and signed 526EZ. 16 conditions claimed.

30 May 2023: Contacted by QTC to schedule appointments. Had a total of 7 examinations, was able to get all but one scheduled (Vision).

2 June 2023: First two examinations (Labs & Audiology)

14 June 2023: Third and fourth examinations (General & MH)

15 June 2023: Fifth examination (Sleep Study)

27 June 2023: Sixth examination (Dental)



Next couple months will just be a waiting game as I complete the appointments. Will update as I progress.

15 August 2023: Called VA to get update on my claim, since there isn't anything showing on the VA website or eBenefits. My package is currently pending final review.
 
17 August 2023: Ratings received. 50% DoD/100% VA PDRL Filled out paperwork to get orders. Will update when I get them.
 
It’s so crazy to me that the other branches provide the NARSUM at the beginning, meanwhile the Army can’t get to the MEB until we sign the NARSUM & we get that back after the va sends over the exams.

Currently undergoing MEB for the same thing. Funny thing I'm AGR also. Just submitted claims with MSC today.
