I feel like I read so many posts that have completely different steps than my current timeline.
For instance my current process
Unfit condition triggered MEB
AMRO meeting, Code applied
post DAWG questionnaire sent to me by PEBLO
Notification by PEBLO to my cc that I was require an IRILO and CIS is needed.
CIS statement signed
Narsum completed
PEBLO notified that it was sent to afpc

It's been a week now since PEBLO sent it to AFPC, does anyone know how long it's going to take to get a decision?
Thanks for any insight. It just seems like everyone process is different.

I may be mistaken, but I thought I read on this forum that the AF follows a slightly different sequence regarding the IRILO, CIS, and NARSUM. Specifically, the Air Force has the CIS and NARSUM injected into the MEB process at the earliest stages whereas other services include it later on but prior to the FPEB. Again, I may be mistaken, but that's my impression.
Out of curiosity, can you provide rough timelines for the steps you outlined above? Assume you are active duty? Did your CC recommend non-retain?

19 April 23 - Unfit condition triggered MEB. The surgeon told be to activate the MEB with my PCM but I did not because I wanted to commission. Three weeks later the condition became worse so I went to the ER and after that my PCM found the MED request in my med records.
17 May 23 - AMRO meeting, Code applied
18 May 23 - Post DAWG questionnaire sent to me by PEBLO
12 JUNE 23 - Notification by PEBLO to my cc that I was require an IRILO and CIS is needed.
15 June 23 - CIS statement signed
26 June 23 - Narsum completed, PEBLO notified me that it was sent to afpc and sent me a timeline (See attached)

It’s definitely a spectrum of return timelines. Mine came in a day later.

An Informal Review In Lieu Of (IRILO) in your case are steps before a full out MEB. So basically you are in a pre-MEB process
