Had ALJ court today. VE was asked to find 3 possible jobs. CAme back with two that the judge asked if I missed a day every 2 weeks or 20-30 percent of time off would it still work. Ve said no. Judge asked about the jobs allowing my service dog and VE also said no to both jobs. So, couldn't find any jobs. It was a long session, over an hour. Very detailed judge. Seemed genuine and interested in my past. Atty felt it went very well and said he's easily appeal it it was denied. Of course he can't guarantee anything, but he felt very positive. So, here's to waiting yet again.....hopefully only 30 days at max.

Fully favorable notification in today's mail! What a stressful 5 weeks it's been since ALJ. I am in denial right now. It doesn't feel real.
It also does not mention award amount or when to expect any payment. Maybe that's why it doesn't feel real.

How long until you found out award amount and how long until you received payment? I have been notified from my Lawyer that I have a favorable notification, but I have not received any notification in the mail yet.
